Tejaswini Vaidya

Tejaswini Vaidya has extensive work experience in project management and agile practices. Tejaswini currently serves as the Sr Director - Financial Services at InComm since March 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Agile Portfolio/Principal Delivery Manager at Progressive Leasing from March 2019 to March 2020. Tejaswini also held various roles at Zions Bancorporation from May 2016 to March 2020, including Program Manager - Scaled Agile Practitioner, Sr Project Manager, and Enterprise Agile Coach/Program Manager - Certified Scaled Agile Practitioner.

Before Zions Bancorporation, they were the Manager - Complaint Analytics at American Express from September 2014 to May 2016. Tejaswini also gained experience as the Lead Project Manager - Scrum Master at Galileo Processing from January 2013 to September 2014. Tejaswini started their career at American Express in June 2009, where they worked as a Technical Project Manager. Prior to that, they were a Technical Project Manager at First Data Commercial Services from June 2007 to February 2009. Tejaswini also served as a Project Lead at HSBC - DPU Dialogue from January 2005 to January 2007.

Tejaswini Vaidya obtained a Masters degree in Computer Management from MITSOM (MIT School of Management) from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelors degree in Computer Science from MGM's College of Comp Science from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their degrees, they have also obtained certifications in SAFe Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2019, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2012, and holds a PMP certification from PMI.
