Mark Smith has a long and varied career in the web and media industries. Mark began their career in 1976 as Production Manager for Delta Audio-Visual Services, Inc. where they managed the production of hundreds of projects monthly. In 1991, they became the Director of Client Services for MediaWorks, Inc., where they facilitated the transition of clients from one company to another after consolidation of firms and helped to implement departmentalization of the company. In 1992, they became the Owner/President of New England Sound and Image. In 1993, they were promoted to Regional Training Director for Excel Communications, where they recruited and trained over 150 representatives. In 1998, they became the Production/Client Services Manager for Anderholm/Fieldstone Press, Inc., where they managed day-to-day operations of the company. In 2007, they began working for Central Mass Web Design as the General Manager. Mark then moved to inConcert Web Solutions, Inc. (formerly Central Mass Web Design, Inc.) as Chief Executive Officer and Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for all day-to-day management decisions, implementing the company's long and short-term plans, providing direction and guidance to production and sales staff, and overseeing all projects.
Mark Smith attended St. Petersburg Junior College from 1979 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Management and Administration.
