Dr. Matthias Rüdiger

Dr. Matthias Rüdiger serves as the Head of AI at INCONSULT GmbH, leading the development of data-driven business solutions utilizing machine learning and large language models for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and chemical sectors since January 2023. Concurrently, Dr. Rüdiger conducts research in entrepreneurship and artificial intelligence/machine learning at Berner Fachhochschule BFH as a Postdoctoral Researcher. Since July 2015, Dr. Rüdiger has been the Geschäftsführer at Prowedo GmbH, focusing on the design and development of customized web and mobile applications to enhance business processes. Prior experience includes roles at RWTH Aachen University from 2007 to 2021, where Dr. Rüdiger worked as a Researcher and Project Manager in machine learning and natural language processing, as well as a student assistant in technology and data mining fields. Dr. Rüdiger holds a PhD, a Diplom in Computer Science, and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Economics, all from RWTH Aachen University.
