Rebecca Madden has extensive work experience in the field of client services and insights. Rebecca started their career as an Analyst at InContext Solutions in July 2014 and progressed to become a Senior Analyst in July 2015. In July 2016, they took on the role of Insights Manager, where they served as the main point of contact for clients and guided them through project execution.
In January 2019, Rebecca was promoted to the position of Senior Manager, Client Services - Insights, where they led a cross-functional team and managed a portfolio of CPG and Retail clients. Rebecca was responsible for designing and delivering virtual solutions to address operational and insights-based initiatives, enabling customers to make informed business decisions. Rebecca also served as an Insights Subject Matter Expert, advising and training the Client Services team on research projects.
In March 2020, Rebecca was promoted again, this time to the role of Director, Client Services - Insights. Rebecca continued to provide strategic guidance to clients and oversee project execution. Most recently, in April 2022, they were appointed as the VP, Client Services & Insights, further solidifying their expertise in client services.
Prior to joining InContext Solutions, Rebecca worked at Wilton Industries as a Market Research Assistant from January 2012 to March 2012. Rebecca then assumed the role of Consumer Insights Analyst from April 2012 to June 2014.

Rebecca Madden pursued their education at DePaul University from 2007 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Multicultural Marketing. Additionally, in 2009, Rebecca participated in a Study Abroad Program at Universitat de Barcelona.
