Sharon Bull has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and engineering field. Sharon currently serves as the Head of Manufacturing Engineering and Supplier Quality for EMEA at Incora, a role they have held since March 2021. Prior to that, they were the Head of Manufacturing Engineering at Incora starting from January 2019.
Before joining Incora, Sharon worked at Pattonair as the Head of Quality from November 2015 to December 2018. At MB Aerospace, they held the position of Engineering and Product Quality Manager for Supply Chain Management from February 2012 to October 2015. In this role, they led a team of manufacturing and quality engineers, ensuring quality compliance and governance throughout the supply chain. Sharon also developed quality processes, hosted audits, and implemented supplier maintenance audit improvements.
Sharon's earlier work experience includes roles at Rolls-Royce, where they worked from 2000 to 2012. Sharon served as a Manufacturing Engineer, leading a team to meet quality and delivery targets. Sharon also worked as a Special Process Engineer, leading a team to provide technical services and support supply chain simplification. Additionally, they represented Rolls-Royce at global conferences on the Composite Task Group and worked as a Composite Technologist.
Sharon Bull earned a Technical Apprenticeship from Rolls-Royce in 1997. Sharon then attended Burton on Trent Technical College from 1997 to 1999 and obtained an HNC in Polymer Science and Technology. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Polymer Science and Technology from Coventry University, completing their studies in 2002.
