Hatem Youness

Hatem Youness began their career in 2014 as an IT Technician Trainee at Al-Futtaim. In 2016, they became a Research and Development Engineer at The German University in Cairo. In 2017, they worked as an E-Security Pre-Sales Engineer at SolidSolutions Egypt and a Software Engineer at Chaino.com. In 2018, they were a Software Engineer at Robusta Studio. Since 2019, they have held various roles at Incorta, including Senior DevOps Engineer, Staff DevOps Engineer, DevOps Engineer, and BI Analyst Support Engineer. During their roles at Incorta, they have designed tools for managing the infrastructure and programmed clean codes, worked on various platforms with different programming languages, and has a working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, and cloud services. Hatem has also conducted root cause analysis (RCA) for product issues logged by customers and internal users and developed scripts to overcome manual work in investigating logs.

Hatem Youness obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering from The German University in Cairo between 2012 and 2017. Hatem also obtained the Incorta 4 Essentials for Business Users and Analysts certification from Incorta in April 2020.
