María Sol Prozzillo

Maria Sol Prozzillo is the current Head of Customer Experience at Increase. María has over 10 years of experience in customer service and operations leadership. María began their career at Mercadolibre.com in 2007 as a Team Leader Senior. In this role, they were responsible for selecting and training customer service representatives, as well as leading team meetings and projects. In 2019, they left Mercadolibre to join IguanaFix as their Operations Leader. In this role, they were responsible for setting up the company's operations structure, coordinating the cross-functional team, and mapping out company processes. María left IguanaFix in April 2019 to join Increase.

María Sol Prozzillo has a diplomatura in customer experience from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, a certification in customer experience from WOW! Academy, a course in product manager from Coderhouse, and a tecnicatura in gestión de recursos humanos/administración de personal, general from FAECC.

They work with Joaquin Suarez Bodean - Head of Data, Agustin Pagnoni - CTO, and Nicolás Gatica - Head of Revenue. María Sol Prozzillo reports to Sebastian Cadenas, CEO.
