Yuval Katz

Yuval Katz is a highly motivated HR professional with over 12 years of experience in the high-tech industry, specializing in driving excellence in people operations. Currently serving as VP People at Incredibuild, Yuval previously held key roles at companies such as Taboola, where they managed both the HR and Talent Acquisition teams, and Imubit, where they led HR efforts in Israel. Yuval co-founded Megamot as an HR consultant and held various positions at Pilat HR Solutions, including Head of the Assessment and Evaluation Department. Yuval holds a Master's degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from Ariel University and an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.
