Johana Leeflang has a wealth of experience in marketing and events. Johana began their career in 2012 as a Marketing and Events Coordinator for Erasmus Sport. In 2013, they worked as a (Digital) Marketing Intern for Philips. Johana then moved to Sana Commerce in 2014, where they served as a Team Lead Sales USA/UK & Ireland. In the same year, they joined AppLift as a Junior Marketing Manager- Content & Communications and later as a Senior Global Marketing Manager- MarCom & Events. In 2018, they took on the role of Head of Global Marketing for both Glispa and Mobfox. In 2019, they took a sabbatical to travel and reset. In 2021, they served as Content Manager for Lilipad e.V. and in 2022 they began their current role as Head of Marketing for INCRMNTAL, a software company providing a continuous incrementality testing platform for Advertisers. Johana has also been a Freelance Marketing Consultant since 2020, helping clients develop their marketing strategies and manage their digital channels.
Johana Leeflang has an extensive education history, beginning with their International Baccalaureate from the International School Hilversum from 2006 to 2008. Johana then attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2008 to 2009, obtaining a BA Communications & Media. Johana followed this up with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Communication and Media Studies from Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2009 to 2012. Johana also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Meeting and Event Planning from San Diego State University in 2011. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) in Marketing Management from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in Introduction to Human-Centered Design I from Acumen Academy in March 2021.
