Amaka Ossai has gained several years of work experience in customer support and sales roles. Amaka served as a Customer Support Supervisor at Merrybet Gold Limited from 2018 to 2021, where they supervised daily support activities, established and improved customer relations processes, and launched virtual games during the COVID-19 lockdown period. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at the same company from 2013 to 2018, where they resolved 300 inquiries per week, provided technical support, and processed customer account changes and billing inquiries. Amaka Ossai obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Ibadan in 2011. Amaka later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree with a major in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Ahmadu Bello University in 2019-2020.
