Jessica St. Peter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research and development operations within the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as VP of R&D Operations at Incyte since September 2023, Jessica has previously held various leadership roles including Vice President of Program Management & Strategic Operations at Rubius Therapeutics and President and Co-Founder of JJ Coaching and Consulting, LLC. Jessica's tenure at Novartis Oncology saw significant positions such as Global Head of Strategic Development Operations and Head of Operations for Oncology Clinical Development.
