Olga Bannikova

Olga Bannikova, PhD, PMP, has a robust background in project management and drug development, currently serving as Director of Development Project Management at Incyte since February 2023. Prior to this role, Olga spent four years at Novartis, where notable positions included Global Program Director for the Cosentyx team in immunology and dermatology, and leadership of the IHD Global Digital Program. Olga's experience also encompasses an internal consulting role focused on M&A integration at Novartis Oncology and portfolio management at Sandoz. Earlier career stages included significant contributions in global R&D at Shire and postdoctoral fellowships in molecular biology research. With academic credentials from the University of Vienna, IESE Business School, and Lomonosov Moscow State University, Olga has demonstrated expertise in leading complex projects and teams, mentoring upcoming professionals, and contributing to scientific literature.
