Sarah Difrancesca

Sarah diFrancesca serves as the Executive Director of Compliance in Dermatology at Incyte since April 2021. With extensive experience in health care and life sciences, Sarah previously held the position of Partner at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, focusing on complex health care litigation and regulatory compliance. Prior to that, roles at Cooley LLP as Partner and Associate involved advising life sciences companies on compliance issues and representing them during government investigations. Sarah's early career includes positions at Epstein, Becker & Green as an Associate, Polaris Management Partners as a Senior Consultant, and the State of Connecticut Court System as a Judicial Law Clerk. Sarah earned a Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Saint Louis University.
