Nikolas Kapsalis

Nikolas Kapsalis has a long and varied work experience. Nikolas began their career in 2005 as a Production Planning Engineer at Unilever, where they also served as Quality Assurance Manager. In 2013, they moved to Johnson & Johnson as a Production Manager, and in 2015 they became Manufacturing Director at APIVITA SA. In 2017, they took on the role of Plant Lead/PMO at KYKNOS CANNING, and in 2020 they became Operations Manager at EPEXYL. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Global Project Manager at Indeavor. In this role, they are managing large scale implementations of Workforce Management Software for complex Enterprises.

Nikolas Kapsalis has an extensive education history. Nikolas obtained an Engineer's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens in 2002. Nikolas then attended The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 2001, where they were a Research Associate for a project on Mathematical Modelling of Ginseng Stem Cells Cultivation. In 2004, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the National Technical University of Athens, specializing in Production Systems Management. Nikolas also obtained a 6Sigma Black Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC). In addition, Nikolas has obtained various certifications, including Supply Chain Fundamentals and Supply Chain Analytics from MITx on edX in 2021 and 2020 respectively, Food Safety Management Systems: HACCP, ISO 19011 from Q-CERT Ltd. - QMSCERT Certification Body in 2019, ISO 9001:2015/ISO 14001:2015 Combined Auditor Transition Course from TÜV HELLAS in 2016, and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from TÜV HELLAS in 2007.
