Main Purpose

As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind revenue growth, brand expansion, and pipeline acceleration through data-driven, integrated demand generation and content marketing strategies. Utilising insights to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), you’ll employ advanced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics and high-impact campaigns that generate measurable results across both mid-market and enterprise segments.

Working closely with Sales, Product, and Digital teams, you’ll ensure seamless alignment across initiatives. Leading the demand generation team, you’ll strive to exceed ambitious KPIs, enhancing lead engagement, conversion rates, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) with input from Enterprise and Mid-Market teams to target high-value accounts.
  • Take ownership of lead allocation and distribution for enterprise teams, maximising impact and efficiency from our databases.
  • Build an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to optimise engagement and conversions.
  • Launch high-impact B2B campaigns with specific metrics, personas, and growth tactics.
  • Coordinate with Digital on paid strategies and Events on cohesive, high-impact initiatives.
  • Partner with Product to enhance and communicate a unified value proposition across campaigns.
  • Lead the creation of prospect-focused content (thought leadership, reports, case studies) to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Syndicate targeted content to attract high-quality leads and advance them through the funnel.
  • Manage freelancers to scale content production, aligning with buyer personas.
  • Implement nurturing journeys, lead scoring, and lifecycle stages in HubSpot and Salesforce to increase MQLs, SQLs, and revenue.
  • Develop multi-channel campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and other platforms to drive engagement and broaden reach.
  • Leverage attribution models and robust tracking to directly link campaign performance to pipeline impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B demand generation, including experience in ICP refinement, ABM strategy, content-led campaigns, and optimisation.
  • Proven track record of driving MQLs, SQLs, Opportunities, and revenue through integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, and CRM best practices.
  • Expertise in data-driven strategies, impactful content marketing, and ABM with measurable results.
  • Experience using AI to streamline and accelerate processes.
