Tirth Manek

Tirth Manek has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans various roles and industries. Tirth started their career as a Senior Executive of Learning & Development at Dun & Bradstreet India, where they led the design, development, and implementation of organizational learning programs. Tirth also performed high-level analysis of learning needs and recommended solutions for team development.

Later, Tirth worked at The Wharton School, where they served as a Research Assistant in the Management Department. Tirth'sresponsibilities included assisting with research studies in organizational behavior, collecting and managing data, and reviewing and rating experimental study data. Tirth also briefly served as a Lab Leader, managing and coordinating simulation activities for a teamwork and leadership program.

Tirth then joined the University of Pennsylvania's GAPSA, where they held multiple roles. As the Chair for Professional Council, they led programming and policy development for graduate and professional students, overseeing a budget of $120k. Tirth also represented professional student interests to university leadership through various forums. Earlier, they served as a General Assembly Representative for the LPS.
