Vikas Tripathi

Vikas Tripathi has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Vikas is currently the Vice President (Technology Products) at Indegene, where they lead the Enterprise Technology Office and manages a portfolio that includes Enterprise Products, Transformative Software Solutions, Enterprise Testing Services, and Enterprise Automation. Vikas focuses on delivering advanced healthcare solutions using AI, Deep Learning, Robotic Process Automation, and Service Orchestration.

Before joining Indegene, Vikas worked at Tech Mahindra as the Group Practice Head (AIOps), responsible for implementing AIOps technologies and developing the Forecast to Fulfillment (F2F) tool. This tool addressed the Demand Management requirements for the entire organization.

Prior to Tech Mahindra, Vikas held positions at ISG (Information Services Group) as the Senior Director (Tools & Technology) and Director (Tools & Technology). In these roles, they implemented various tools and technologies, including ServiceNow, Robotic Process Automation bots, and cognitive deep learning technologies like IBM Watson and TensorFlow/Keras. Vikas also implemented Business Intelligence and Analytics tools such as Tableau and IBM Watson Analytics.

Vikas has also been involved in entrepreneurship, founding Rainbow Sculptors Studio, a computer graphics venture for animation and comics. In addition, they have significant experience at IBM as the Delivery Project Executive (General Manager) for 11 years, where they oversaw AMS delivery and PMO functions for major accounts in the Communication Sector.

Earlier in their career, Vikas held various IT positions at Pentafour Softwares and Exports Ltd, Mascot Systems, Aztec, Wipro, and Seranova(Silverline).

Vikas Tripathi completed their BTech in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, from 1990 to 1994.
