Vinay Prakash

Vinay Prakash has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition roles.

Vinay started their career in 2012 at Sunstar Infosys Inc, where they worked as a Talent Acquisition specialist for seven months.

In 2013, they joined Winfoware Technologies as an Executive in Talent Acquisition, where they stayed for a year.

From 2014 to 2016, Vinay worked at Coralhire Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Business Development Manager, focusing on recruiting and delivering top-performing individuals in Project/Program Management, Marketing, IT, and Legal roles.

In 2016, they joined Indegene as an Executive in Talent Acquisition before swiftly moving up the ladder. Vinay served in various roles including Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition Lead, and currently holds the position of Associate Manager - Talent Acquisition. In their current role, Vinay partners with business unit heads and internal client teams to assess talent needs in relation to business changes. Vinay collaborates with management to improve effectiveness through reward and recognition programs, employee involvement, and feedback opportunities. Vinay also works closely with business unit leadership teams on workforce-related issues.

Vinay Prakash completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Bangalore University from the year 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade from Karnataka state board, Oxford PU College in 2007. In addition to their formal education, Vinay also obtained the "Excel with LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" certification from LinkedIn in October 2021.
