Carlton Aiken

Carlton Aiken serves as the Senior Pastor at Upper Room Missionary Baptist Church since October 2011, while simultaneously holding the position of Sr. Lead Business Systems Analyst at Independence Blue Cross since August 2007. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Operations at Incentive Systems Inc. for a brief period in 2007, and an earlier tenure as Enrollment Services Supervisor at Independence Blue Cross from August 1998 to January 2007. Carlton Aiken completed educational studies at Northeastern University between 1989 and 1994 and graduated from Upper Dublin High School.
