Cyril John

Cyril John, MHA, currently serves as an Underwriter at Independence Blue Cross since March 2023. Prior to this role, Cyril held the position of Claims Examiner II at Reliance Matrix from June 2017 to March 2023, managing approximately 120 ongoing cases while enhancing the total number of policyholders and mastering various vendor resources, including Salesforce. Earlier experience includes serving as a Claims Examiner I and working as a Pharmacy Technician at Rite Aid Pharmacy from July 2010 to May 2018, where responsibilities involved coordinating billing issues and managing inventory. Cyril earned a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Saint Joseph's University and a Bachelor's degree in Health Services from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
