Jennifer O'Shea

Jennifer O'Shea is a Clinical Manager of Behavioral Health Case Management at Independence Blue Cross since November 2021. Prior to that, Jennifer worked as a Behavioral Health Consultant at Health Federation of Philadelphia since May 2018. With a Master of Social Work degree from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Jennifer has held various roles in the behavioral health field, including Program Manager of Mobile Psych Rehab at Project HOME and Outpatient Coordinator at Penndel Mental Health Center. Jennifer also served as an ICM Supervisor at PMHCC, Inc. and a Critical Time Intervention Specialist at Resources for Human Development.
