Katelynn Ropars

Katelynn Ropars is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Medicare appeals, grievance management, and customer service, currently serving as a Medicare Appeals & Grievance Specialist at Independence Blue Cross since July 2019. Previous roles include Recreation Coordinator at Acts Retirement-Life Communities, Inc., and Community Life Leader II at Artman Lutheran Home, where Katelynn demonstrated expertise in planning and implementing resident activity programs and enhancing patient care through a person-centered approach.
