Kathy Zagadinow

Kathy Zagadinow has over 28 years of experience in the field of data analysis and business intelligence. Kathy started their career as a Programmer Analyst at Colonial Penn Life Insurance in 1993 before joining GE Financial Assurance as a Senior Programmer Analyst in 1998. In 2004, Kathy joined Kemper Direct Insurance as an Application Developer III, where they provided development and technical business analysis for various applications. Kathy then worked at Global Indemnity as a Business Analyst and project manager from 2013 to 2016, where they facilitated meetings, designed data marts, reports, and applications. Kathy later joined QBE North America as a Sr. Business/Data Analyst, where they collaborated with stakeholders and IT solution architects to define project scope and elicit requirements. Kathy currently works at Independence Blue Cross as a Lead Data Warehouse Analyst, where they oversee data warehouse operations and analyzes data to support business decisions.

From 1985 to 1989, Kathy Zagadinow attended the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Kathy earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Computer Information Systems (CIS).
