Mark Dianno

Mark Dianno is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Independence Blue Cross since March 2011. Responsibilities include overseeing legal issues related to Sales, Marketing, and Government Markets, as well as leading the Commercial and Government Markets Practice Group, providing legal support on regulatory matters, vendor contracts, and Medicare compliance. Dianno is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Maxwell Football Club and previously served as a partner at Salmon Ricchezza Singer & Turchi from 2005 to 2011, focusing on civil litigation.
