Michael Fruchter

Michael Fruchter is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Independence Blue Cross since June 2021, Michael has previously held senior project management roles at AmeriHealth Administrators, where regulatory projects for Oncology pre-certification and Kidney Dialysis programs were executed, as well as at Ripen eCommerce, where customer accounts for major brands were managed. Prior experience includes significant contributions at eBay Enterprise, overseeing project development teams, and at Burlington Coat Factory, managing distribution center budgeting and performance metrics. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University at Buffalo.
