Joe Neubert

Joe Neubert has extensive experience in the construction and engineering industry, currently serving as Executive Project Manager at Independence Excavating, Inc. since January 2013, where a progression of roles from Project Engineer to Senior Project Manager has been achieved. Prior experience includes a position as Project Intern at Precision Environmental Company from May 2012 to August 2012. Joe Neubert earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, completing the degree in December 2014.
