Mattie Moran

Mattie Moran, MAT, has extensive experience in healthcare IT and education, currently serving as an Account Executive, Implementation Director, and Project Manager at Epic since October 2015. In this role, Mattie has led over 25 product go-lives and managed a team of 100+ through implementation and ongoing support, while also serving as an escalation point for customer leadership and internal teams. Previously, Mattie held positions such as Collaborative Pillar Lead and Adjunct Faculty, where responsibilities included designing graduate-level courses and process improvement initiatives. With a strong foundation in education as a Theatre and Reading Classroom Teacher, and a background in theatre arts, Mattie combines technical expertise with a commitment to customer satisfaction and effective team management. Education credentials include a Master's in Teaching from the University of Pittsburgh, alongside degrees in Theatre Arts and English Writing.
