Shelise Palmer

Shelise Palmer has a diverse work experience in HR and talent acquisition spanning over several years. Shelise started their career at Liberty Safe & Security Products in 2004, where they worked as a Payroll & HR specialist until 2006. Shelise then moved on to ProSteel Security Products, where they served as an HR & Payroll Administrator from 2011 to 2012. Shelise joined Wencor Group in 2012 and held various roles, including Human Resource Generalist, HR - Corporate Talent Acquisition & Benefits, and Group Manager - Talent Acquisition. Their most recent position is with Independence Rehab, where they currently serve as the Director of Human Resources since July 2017.

Shelise Palmer completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix. Shelise attended the university from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a certification in Lean Manufacturing in October 2011. Furthermore, they obtained a Notary Public certification from the Utah State Lieutenant Governor in July 2011.
