Donna Hoye

Donna Hoye has extensive experience in the event planning and association development industry. Donna served as President/Owner at Plan It Planners from 2005 to present, where they focused on providing personalized and quality-driven services to clients. In 2015, they also took on the role of Vice President at Independent Beauty Association. Prior to this, they worked as a Trainer at Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas from 2008 to 2012.

Donna Hoye studied Marketing and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
