Pooja Radia is an accomplished COO and Advisor currently serving as Chief Transformation Officer for the largest privately held HOA management company in California, while also working as an Independent Consultant since March 2024, focusing on AI, organizational transformation, operational efficiency, and growth initiatives for mid-market private equity portfolio companies. Pooja has been an Expert at Primary Venture Partners since October 2020, offering strategic guidance to investment teams and founders. Prior experience includes serving as VP/GM for asset management and marketplace operations at Roofstock, where responsibilities included leading a $300M GMV marketplace and managing product strategies for institutional clients.
