Cheryl Friedman

Cheryl Friedman has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Cheryl started as VP of Resource Management at Univera Healthcare in 1995 and then held roles such as VP of Clinical Services at Excellus BCBS and Sr Director of Clinical Operations at Definity Health. Cheryl also worked at Wellpoint Anthem as the Lead Clinical Account Director for the NE before becoming System VP of Care Management at Catholic Health System. Currently, they serve as the SVP of Healthcare Services and Population Health at Independent Health, overseeing various functions and initiatives within the organization.

Cheryl Friedman obtained their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University at Buffalo in 1982. Cheryl later pursued their Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) degree at D'Youville University from 1994 to 1998.
