Pamela Reed

Dr. Reed has been a primary care physician for the past 28 years, holding various leadership and administrative positions throughout her career, with the goal of transforming and improving the delivery of quality health care to all members of the community. Currently serving as the clinical lead physician for the Community Health Center of Buffalo, Dr. Reed manages clinical operations for the four clinical sites of the federally-qualified health centers under the umbrella of the Community Health Center of Buffalo. In addition, she oversees the development and implementation of workflows designed to meet the UDS requirements outlined by HRSA, the granting agency for federally-qualified health centers, serves as the physician lead for practice transformation and maintenance of Patient-Centered Medical Home certification, and clinical lead on various collaborative projects with other agencies/organizations.
