Alicia Fernandez Diaz is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Program Manager at Independent Purchasing Cooperative since May 2022, Alicia acts as the escalation point of contact for vendors, manages project oversight, and develops training materials while maintaining relationships with franchisees and third-party vendors.
