Program and Project Management

The Program and Project Management team at Independent Purchasing Cooperative (IPC) oversees and coordinates strategic initiatives related to services, supplies, equipment, logistics, information, and supplier relations for Subway® Franchisees in the United States and Canada. The team ensures efficient implementation and integration of projects, optimizing supply chain processes and supporting the franchisees through meticulous planning and execution.
