Jessica Marquardt is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in teaching and educational leadership. Currently serving as the Elementary Teaching and Learning Coordinator and Literacy Specialist at Kasson-Mantorville School District, Jessica has led initiatives in curriculum implementation and professional development focused on structured literacy. Previous roles include serving as an Elementary School Teacher and STEM Specialist, where Jessica facilitated professional learning communities and coordinated peer coaching. Jessica's earlier experience includes community school facilitation and teaching at both 1st and 4th grade levels. Additionally, Jessica has worked in office administration and marketing for Home Improvement Professionals. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Northern Iowa.
