Chelli Grinwis

Chelli Grinwis has over 20 years of experience in human resources management, starting as a Human Resources Representative at Marsh in 1999. Chelli advanced to roles such as Manager of Human Resources at Brown & Brown, Human Resources Project Manager at Ottawa Area ISD, and Vice President of Human Resources Consultant at Comerica Bank. Currently, they serve as the Director of HR Management at Independent Financial. Prior to their career in HR, they were a Domestic Engineer for their family from 2016 to 2019.

Chelli Grinwis completed their Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development at Oakland University from 1996 to 1998.
