Chloe Gilman

Chloe Gilman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the advertising industry. Chloe is currently the Head of Buyer Development for EMEA at Index Exchange, a position they started in 2023. Prior to this, Chloe worked at Permutive as the Head of EMEA for Advertiser & Agency from January 2022 to September 2022.

Before joining Permutive, they were at Xandr, where they held various roles. From June 2021 to December 2021, Chloe served as the Snr. Director, Commercial for N. Europe, sitting on the N. Europe leadership team and leading multiple teams responsible for revenue. Chloe also held the positions of Director, Buy-side & Marketplace, N. Europe from November 2020 to May 2021, Director, Buy-side, N. Europe from April 2019 to November 2020, and Senior Manager, N. Europe from October 2017 to March 2019.

Prior to Xandr, Chloe worked as a Senior Manager for N. Europe at AppNexus from October 2017 to September 2018. Chloe also held the role of Sales Director at 4C Insights from April 2017 to October 2017.

Chloe's career began at Infectious Media, where they held multiple roles. Chloe was an Account Director, Global from October 2016 to April 2017, an Account Director, US from April 2016 to September 2016, an Account Director from October 2015 to April 2016, and a Senior Account Manager from March 2015 to September 2015.

Before joining Infectious Media, Chloe worked as an Account Strategist at AdRoll from October 2014 to February 2015. Chloe started their career as an Account Manager at Infectious Media from July 2013 to October 2014 and as an Account Executive from July 2012 to June 2013.

Chloe Gilman completed their education from 2008 to 2011 at The University of Manchester. Chloe obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors in Mathematics and Philosophy. The field of study for their degree is not specified.
