Chrl Steve Kuzmaski

Steve Kuzmaski, CHRL has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Currently, they work at Index Exchange as the VP of HR Strategic Initiatives & Projects, where they lead a team responsible for driving strategic partnerships and providing effective HR programs and processes. Steve's earlier experience includes roles such as Director of HR Programs at Niagara Casinos, Deputy Country HR Manager (Director) at IKEA Canada, Director of Human Resources at Metroland Printing, Publishing & Distributing, and Senior Manager of HR at Hudson's Bay Company.

Steve Kuzmaski, CHRL, has a diverse education history. Steve attended Niagara College from 1983-1986 and obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations. In 2014, they completed a Certificate in Strategic Leadership & Innovation from the Schulich School of Business at York University. Additionally, in 2005, Steve participated in the Strategic Leadership Program offered by the Centre for Creative Leadership (CLC). In 2011, they received training from The McQuaig Institute. In 2008, Steve became a Certified Facilitator of Ken Blanchard's Situational Leadership Program. Steve also holds the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) certification, which was obtained from the Human Resources Professional Association.
