Gayathri Sanjeev

Gayathri Sanjeev has a diverse work experience in data analysis and engineering. Gayathri is currently working as a Senior Data Analyst at Index Exchange, where they conduct various analyses for data integrity and data lineage, processes and analyzes big data to drive insights, and creates models to identify and fix down-trending accounts. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Data Analyst at Rogers Communications, where they extracted, transformed, and loaded data using SQL queries and integrated SQL into Python for data cleaning and exploratory analysis. Gayathri also used statistical packages in Python to identify features that predict outcomes.

Gayathri's work experience also includes a role as a Data Scientist Intern at CONNECT asset management, where they set up data infrastructure, automated data collection, and collaborated with stakeholders to meet data infrastructure needs. Gayathri worked as a Change Analyst at Vodafone Global Enterprise, where they created and managed a database for network changes, generated reports on infrastructure changes, and analyzed trends. Gayathri also has experience as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where they enhanced customer portals, developed and maintained databases, and communicated project updates to clients.

Additionally, Gayathri has worked at Vodafone Business as both a Senior System Engineer and a Systems Engineer. In these roles, they performed a variety of responsibilities, including change implementation and backout planning, reviewing control policies, troubleshooting networks, mentoring staff, and providing technical support for DNS, DHCP, and load balancer systems. Gayathri also managed incidents, resolved complex issues, and administered operating system and application configurations.

Gayathri Sanjeev earned their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information Technology from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Bangalore, from 2005 to 2009. Gayathri then attended Avila Convent in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India from 2003 to 2005 for their 11th and 12th-grade studies in biology, math, physics, and chemistry. In 2016, Gayathri attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for a program on Big Data and Social Analytics. From 2018 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Applied Data Science from Syracuse University. In terms of additional certifications, Gayathri obtained a Data Visualization for Data Analysis and Analytics certification from LinkedIn in October 2021, a Project Management Professional certification from PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter in April 2017, a Big Data and Social Analytics certification from GetSmarter in June 2016, and an ITIL V3 Foundation certification from PEOPLECERT in September 2014.
