Jason Wai

Jason Wai is currently serving as the Director of Legal, Global Privacy at Index Exchange. With a background in law and engineering, Jason has held various positions in the legal field, focusing on privacy concerns. Prior to their current role, Jason worked at companies such as Shopify, TELUS, and MD+A Health Solutions, gaining valuable experience in privacy management. Jason's career also includes roles as a Legal Consultant at the Canadian Bar Association and as a Lecturer at Hanoi Law University. Jason holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Calgary and Bachelor degrees in Chemical Engineering and French Studies from Western University.
