McMi Simone Payne - Powell Chartered McIpd (She/Her)

Simone Payne-Powell has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and consulting. Simone is currently serving as the Director of People & Global Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Index Exchange since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of People at the same company starting from May 2021.
