Philip Metz has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Philip began their career in 2013 as a Policy and Programs Assistant for the Government of Ontario. Philip then worked as a Certification Analyst before transitioning to the role of Policy Advisor. In 2014, Philip joined the Ontario Ministry of Municipal Affairs as a Policy Advisor, where they stayed until 2018. During their time there, they gained valuable experience in policy development and analysis. In 2018, Philip joined the Condominium Authority of Ontario as a Senior Corporate Policy Advisor for a brief period. Currently, they are working at Index Exchange, where they started as a Policy Writer before being promoted to Manager, Policy in 2020. Philip's work experience showcases their expertise and growth in the field of policy development and advisory roles.

Philip Metz began their education in 2007 at the University of Toronto, where they pursued an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree.
