Steven Bartoo

Steven Bartoo has accumulated a diverse range of work experience in the field of IT support and administration. Steven started their career in 2001 at W. O'Donnell Consulting, Inc., where they served as a Senior Engineer. In this role, they provided technical support to clients in various industries and handled tasks such as desktop support, network design and implementation, server administration, and printer troubleshooting.

In 2005, Steven joined Macy's as a Mac Support Engineer. Over the years, they progressed to become a Senior Mac Support Administrator, responsible for the administration, systems architecture, and user support of a bicoastal division with over 1500 users. Steven also played a key role in designing and deploying JAMF Pro, a management tool for Mac deployment and administration.

In 2020, Steven began working at Spark Networks as an Administrator-IT Support. Here, they managed both Mac and PC support, served as a Jamf administrator, and handled various administrative tasks related to software and communication tools such as Jira, Confluence, O365/Azure, and GSuite.

Steven Bartoo obtained a Bachelor's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Binghamton University, where they studied from 1989 to 1992.
