Charlotte Admyre

Charlotte Admyre has a long history of work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Charlotte started in 2003 as a Post Doc and PhD at Karolinska Institutet. In 2007, they became a Project Manager and Research Scientist Drug Discovery and Development at InDex Pharmaceuticals. Finally, in 2011 they joined InDex Pharmaceuticals AB as Chief Scientific Officer and Manager Business Development. In their role as Manager Business Development, they were responsible for developing new therapies for immunological diseases with a high unmet medical need. Her lead asset was the drug candidate cobitolimod, which was in late stage clinical development for the treatment of moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. Charlotte also developed a platform of patent protected discovery stage substances, so called DNA based ImmunoModulatory Sequences (DIMS).

Charlotte Admyre obtained a PhD in Clinical Immunology from Karolinska Institutet in 2007 and a Master in Biomedicine from the same institution in 2002.
