Ishani Thakur

Ishani Thakur is a seasoned professional in the fields of venture capital and technology, currently serving as a Partner at Index Ventures since April 2023. Prior experience includes roles as an Investor at Nava Ventures from September 2021 to April 2023, a Research Engineer Intern at DeepMind in April 2021, and a Software Engineer Intern at Google earlier that year. Ishani's background also encompasses research and engineering internships at the MIT Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory, Lyft, and Confluent, as well as a fellowship at Highland Capital Partners.
