Jasmine Bal

Jasmine Bal is a professional with diverse experience in editorial roles, currently serving as an Editorial Analyst at India Development Review (IDR) since October 2022. Previously, Jasmine worked as an Editor for the National Democratic Institute (NDI), where proofreading and copy editing were key responsibilities for a report on the 8th World Parliamentarians' Convention on Tibet. As an Assistant Editor at Viva Books Private Limited, Jasmine managed the English Grammar division of a blended learning platform and created multimedia educational content. Additionally, experience includes tutoring at Sophia University, instructing English at Berlitz Japan, and engaging in editorial work at The Quint and Speaking Tiger Books. Jasmine holds a Master of Arts in International/Global Studies from Sophia University and a Master of Arts in English from Delhi University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
