Anuj Sharma has a diverse and extensive work experience in the financial industry. Anuj is currently working as the Chief Operations Officer at India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation, where they oversee all operations, including underwriting, servicing, and onboarding new lenders. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Operations and Associate Director at the same company, where they managed a team of 25 employees and implemented measures to improve employee efficiency and strengthen corporate governance.

Before joining India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation, Anuj worked at RBL Bank as the Head of Policy -Secured Lending, Vice President/Deputy Vice President- Secured Lending, and Deputy Vice President-Secured lending.
