Harpreet Sandhu

Harpreet Sandhu has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Harpreet began their career in 2002 as a Manager in Human Resources at GE Money and stayed with the company until 2007. Harpreet then joined American Express as a Senior Manager in HR and worked there until 2010. After that, they joined EXL Service as an Assistant Vice President in Human Resources but left the company in 2011 to take on a role as a Service Delivery Leader in HR at American Express. Harpreet remained in this role until 2014 when they joined India Mortgage Guarantee Corporation as the Vice President in Human Resources. In 2020, they were promoted to the Chief Human Resources Officer position at the same company.

Harpreet Sandhu has a Bachelor's degree in Economics (Honors) from Punjab University. They also hold a Masters in Arts degree in Economics from the same university. In addition to their academic qualifications, Harpreet Sandhu obtained a Hogan Certification from Hogan Assessment Systems in 2019.
