Shyam B. Mohite

An Associate Partner with India Law, Shyam is currently the Team Head of the Real Estate Team at the Fort office of India Law at Mumbai. Shyam has a professional experience of 18 years and has inter alia worked with Navi Mumbai Special Economic Zone, Shapoorji Pallonji, and SD Corporation. He was a Principal Associate with SNG Partners at Mumbai. He has rich experience in Real Estate transactions and redevelopment of Slums, MHADA Properties, and Repair Cess Properties in Mumbai and RERA litigation.

Shyam is an alumnus of Campus Law Center, Delhi.
