Ameya Prabhu

Ameya Prabhu has an extensive work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Ameya is currently serving as the President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce, a role they took on in October 2023. Prior to this, they held the positions of Senior Vice President and Vice President within the same organization. Ameya also has experience as the Chairperson of the Western Region and as a Member of the Board of Trustees at Manav Sadhan Vikas Sanstha. Additionally, they have served as the Managing Director of New Age Financial Advisors Pvt Ltd. and as a Director at NAFA Capital Group. Ameya holds advisory positions at SkyPower Global, The Climate Group, and the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry - Young Leaders' Forum. Their contributions to the field have also been recognized by the World Economic Forum as they were named a Young Global Leader in 2021.

Ameya Prabhu completed their education with a Masters in Financial Management from IE Business School in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Politics, and International Studies from the University of Warwick in 2007. Their education started with an International Baccalaureate at UWC Mahindra College from 2002 to 2004.
